As a dentist owned group, we are passionate about working with dentists and patients to improve oral health in our communities through education, advance technology and training, a professional team to support doctors, and high quality products. Our founder has built a business designed to make dental care easy, affordable and accessible for all and together our Zygo team has pushed the limits of the dental industry and is continuing to press on.
Lan Chi Le, D.D.S., Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Le moved to Dallas from Fort Smith, Arkansas. She studied biochemistry at the University of Arkansas and dental surgery at the University of Tennessee. Throughout the 12 years of providing dental services to patients and managing multiple practices, Dr. Le sought to differentiate herself from other practices. In 2016, with the support of her family and professional team, Dr. Le partnered with Walmart to open dental clinics inside supercenters, including six in Dallas-Fort Worth and one in San Antonio. She has built a business designed to make dental care easy, affordable and accessible for all. When not striving to keep her patients happy and healthy, she enjoys snowboarding, fly fishing, running and watching football with her husband and two sons. Grateful for an amazing journey, her family has traveled to Honduras to help with the Promise Home orphanage and participates in health fairs throughout the community.

In her early years, Deborah grew up in northern US, but for many years she has resided in Dallas and calls it home. Deborah has extensive medical management experience possessing exceptional interpersonal and customer/employee relations. The most rewarding part of her job today is knowing that she has contributed to the culture of the company by supporting team members and building relationships from within. When not working, Deborah loves spending time with her family and working in the garden.
Vanessa Deleon, Management Services -Orthodontics & Invisalign
Vanessa started her dental career in 2010. She is very passionate on educating patients about dental care. Providing the best dental knowledge and customer service skills is top priority for her to ensure each patient is receiving nothing but the best service. Having had braces herself, she has a passion for providing orthodontic services to the community by making braces/Invisalign accessible and affordable to everyone. On her free time she likes to spend as much time with her family of 2 daughters and husband.

Alisa Phelps, Management Services - General Dentistry
Alisa has been working in dentistry since 2011. Through the years, she gained knowledge for both daily operations of managing an office to assisting the doctor in all procedures. She has a passion for serving her patients and working alongside them to reach their oral health goals. Alisa was born and raised in Texas and blessed with a wonderful son, Kai. She spends her free time doing anything outdoors, such as running 5k's with friends and road biking.
Jessica Contreas, Dental Assistant Director
Jessica has over 10 years of dental experience and is a an expert at managing patient flow, training new team members, and making sure that patients are happy with their results and services. She enjoys educating patients and also pushes herself to learn new skills, as the dentistry is always changing. Her favorite dental procedures are more advanced treatments, such as Invisalign, implant placement, orthodontics, oral surgery and cosmetics. Jessica is a loyal Cowboys and Rangers fan, and her favorite things to do is spend time with her family and go dancing.
